Onboarding & Branding

Operators & Owners

What it does

Onboarding & Branding covers how a new gym gets onto Memvera and makes the system feel like its own. A gym can sign up entirely by itself from a public page: it picks a subscription tier, pays, and Memvera auto-provisions the brand and a gym-owner login, then starts recurring billing. After first login, a setup checklist walks the owner through the steps needed to go live. Separately, white-label branding lets each gym apply its own colour, logo, and portal name across all the apps — staff, member, and the rest — so the system reflects the gym's identity rather than Memvera's.

Key concepts

  • Self-service onboarding — a public sign-up flow: choose a tier, pay (via Tap), and you're provisioned automatically.
  • Auto-provisioning — Memvera creates the new brand and a gym-owner login the moment payment succeeds, with no manual setup by the operator.
  • Recurring billing & dunning — the subscription charges on a cycle; if a charge fails, dunning automatically retries and chases payment.
  • Setup checklist — a guided list shown after first login that covers the essential configuration to go live.
  • White-label branding — the gym's own main colour, logo, and portal name, applied across the apps. The login screen stays neutral.

Main tasks

Sign up a new gym (self-service)

  1. From the public sign-up page, choose a subscription tier.
  2. Enter the gym's details and pay (via Tap).
  3. On success, the brand and a gym-owner login are created automatically.
  4. Recurring billing begins; sign in with the new owner login to continue.

Complete the go-live setup checklist

  1. After first login, open the setup checklist.
  2. Work through each step — the essential configuration to start operating.
  3. As you finish items, the checklist tracks your progress toward go-live.

Apply your brand (colour, logo, name)

  1. Go to Branding.
  2. Set your main colour, upload your logo, and enter your portal name.
  3. Save — your branding now applies across the staff, member, and other apps.

Tips

INFO

Branding is applied everywhere the gym's users go, but the login screen stays neutral by design — so it reads as a secure system, not a marketing page.

TIP

Don't put off the setup checklist — finishing it is what gets your gym ready to take real members, so treat it as part of going live, not optional polish.
