Club Plans

Member Experience

What it does

Club Plans let your gym publish ready-made, multi-day training programs that members browse and join straight from the app — think "Massive Upper Body — 28 days" or "Lean & Toned — 21 days". Where a coach builds a personal program for one client, a club plan is a branded plan for everyone: you author it once, publish it, and any member can join.

The best part is that a club plan sits alongside a member's coach program, not instead of it. A member can be following their trainer's plan and a club plan at the same time — the two tracks are completely independent, so joining one never disturbs the other.

Everything a member needs to train is carried in each day: the exercise demo, the target sets and reps, rest timings, and how-to steps — all pulled from your content hub, so a club plan reuses the same curated library as the rest of the app.

Key concepts

  • Club plan — a published training program in the member catalog. You give it a name, cover image, level, description, and tags, then author its days.
  • Pattern days & total days — you author a short repeating pattern (e.g. Push / Pull / Legs), and set the total days for the full cycle (e.g. 28). When a member joins, Memvera expands the pattern into that many real, tick-off-able days automatically.
  • Join — how a member starts a plan. Joining requires an active membership; browsing the catalog is open to everyone.
  • The two tracks — a member holds at most one coach program and one club plan at a time. They live side by side; completing a day on one never touches the other.
  • Draft vs published — a plan is a draft while you build it (invisible to members) and goes live only when you publish it. You can unpublish any time — members who already joined keep their plan.
  • Featured — pin a plan to the top of the member catalog to promote it.
  • Adoption — for every plan you can see how many members joined, how many are active, and each member's day-by-day progress.

Main tasks

Building a plan step by step

Open Fitness → Club Plans → New plan. The editor has two panels: Plan details on the left and Days & exercises on the right. You always fill in the details and save first — the day builder stays locked until the plan exists.

1 · Plan details (left panel)

Fill in the plan's card and catalog information. Every text field has an English and an Arabic box — if you leave Arabic blank, the English value is reused for Arabic members, but filling both reads best.

FieldWhat it's for
Cover imageClick Upload cover and choose a picture — this is the card art members see in the catalog. Optional but recommended.
NameThe plan title (EN + AR), e.g. "Massive Upper Body".
Description / goalOne line on what the plan achieves (EN + AR).
LevelBeginner / Intermediate / Advanced (EN + AR) — shown as a chip on the card.
Total daysThe length of the full cycle (e.g. 28) — how many real days a member gets when they join. You don't author all 28 by hand (see step 2).
Target areae.g. "Upper body", "Full body" — shown on the card.
Min / Max min per dayThe rough daily time commitment, shown so members know what they're signing up for.
Equipment / Tags / BenefitsComma-separated lists (e.g. Dumbbells, Mat) — each item becomes a chip or bullet in the member catalog.
Feature in the catalogToggle on to pin this plan to the top of the member catalog.

Press Create plan. Memvera saves it as a draft (not yet visible to members) and opens the full editor — the day builder is now available.

2 · Author the days (right panel)

The Days & exercises panel is now active. You build the plan's repeating pattern, not every single day.

  1. Press Add day — a row appears with a Day 1 badge and two name boxes (EN + AR). Name it, e.g. "Push" / "دفع".
  2. Press Add exercise under that day. A search panel opens over your content hub.
  3. Type to search, then click an exercise to add it. It drops in with defaults of 3 sets × 12 reps, 60s rest — adjust the numbers inline. Remove an exercise with the .
  4. Repeat to add more exercises, and Add day again for each pattern day (e.g. Push / Pull / Legs).
  5. Press Save days when you're done.

You only build the pattern

If Total days = 28 and you author 3 days, you do not create 28 rows. Memvera repeats your 3 pattern days to fill all 28 automatically when a member joins — each becomes its own real day the member can tick off. Author the pattern once; the cycle takes care of itself.

Exercises come from the content hub

Only exercises already in your content hub can be added. If the search panel is empty, add content in Content Center first, then come back.

3 · Publish

When the details and days are ready, press Publish (top-right). The plan appears in every member's catalog immediately. You can Unpublish at any time — members who already joined keep their plan and progress.

Once members start joining, the Members on this plan roster appears at the bottom of the editor (see below).

Feature, unpublish, or remove a plan

  • Feature — tap the star on a plan card to pin it to the top of the member catalog.
  • Unpublish — flip the publish toggle off to pull it from the catalog. Members who already joined keep their copy.
  • Delete — removes a draft entirely. A plan that members have already joined can't be deleted — unpublish it instead, so nobody loses their progress.

See who joined and how they're doing

  1. Open any plan and scroll to Members on this plan.
  2. Each row shows the member, when they joined, a progress bar (days completed of the total), and their last activity.
  3. Click a member's name to jump straight to their Member-360 profile.

The member experience

In the app, a member can:

  • Browse the club-plan catalog — featured plans first — with covers, level, length, and what each plan targets.
  • Join a plan (with an active membership); it appears as "My plan" with a weeks-and-days map.
  • Open any day and follow it exercise by exercise — the same guided player used everywhere, with demos, targets, steps, and set logging.
  • Tick off days as they finish them and watch their progress fill in — all while keeping their coach's program running in parallel.

A membership is required to join

Anyone can browse the catalog, but joining a plan needs an active membership. A member without one is prompted to subscribe first.
